You are responsible for greeting guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, driving shuttles and delivering suitcases. Valets directly support the Front Desk to create memorable guest experiences.

What you’ll do

The Brass Tacks

• Parks and retrieves guest cars in a safe manner in accordance with hotel standards
• Delivers suitcases, packages and documents as requested
• Keeps record of calls for service
• Greets guests at front door or car upon arrival
• Escorts guests to and from rooms, assists with luggage, and offers information about services and local attractions
• Assists in de-icing of pavement, sidewalks, and other areas
• Removes ice from windshields, provides umbrellas as necessary
• Maintains a presentable appearance and uniform
• Maintains safety and security of guests and team members in all weather conditions
• Request COH Drives shuttles as needed

The Nitty Gritty

• Strong driving record
• Ability to drive a manual transmission, parallel park, and perform other technical driving tasks
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must have a valid driver license; annual MVR report review
