The team at Margaritaville Lake Resort is here to create and deliver fun and escapism for our guests, and that shows in the details of our banquets and events. With good pay, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, we are looking for team members to assist in setting up the perfect events for our guests.
Job Type: Full Time, PM shift, beginning at 3pm

Set-up Supervisor, Banquet Manager
As a member of the set up crew, you will work in a team to ensure every event, every time, is set up according to precise instructions to provide a seamless event for our guests.
Responsibilities- Ensure that details are followed from the banquet event order (BEO).
- Provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times and in a warm and enthusiastic manner.
- Ensure that all catering areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Ensure that at the close of a function and at the end of the workday, all banquet rooms are cleared and securely locked, with proper room temperature and lighted turned off, and ensure all equipment is stored in the designated area.
- Immediately relay guest compliments or complaints to management.
- Submit maintenance requests to the Supervisor and/or Banquet Manager for broken or damaged equipment.
- Assist staff with room set ups, food service, and clean up when necessary.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product

- Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
