Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Location: Stillwaters Resort - Branson, MO
Department: Guest Services
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Available
Stillwaters Resort is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, memorable stay from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a service-first attitude
- Answer and route phone calls courteously and promptly
- Process reservations, room changes, and account adjustments
- Maintain accurate guest records and payment documentation
- Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
- Uphold resort policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Keep the front desk and lobby areas tidy, inviting, and guest-ready
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy; experience with property management systems a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for guest service
- Professional appearance and demeanor - neat and guest-facing ready upon arrival each day
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when needed
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of guest concerns
