Intermediate Level Cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate will have hotel cooking experience and professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require supervision and training. This position will primarily work the Breakfast and Bruch Shift. The candidate should be well versed in Egg Cookery.

• Prepare and execute dishes in accordance with hotel standards, with emphasis on egg cookery and breakfast service.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety through proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure high-quality, timely service.
• Assist with line setup, station duties, and supervision as needed.

Wage: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $25 per hour. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on experience, education, and training level.

Shift: AM availability required from 5:30am to 4pm

• Egg Cookery experience highly preferred – comfortable with poaching, fried eggs, omelets, etc.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of performing repetitious duties.
