Intermediate Level Cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired candidate will have hotel cooking experience and professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require supervision and training. This position will primarily work the Breakfast and Bruch Shift. The candidate should be well versed in Egg Cookery.

Wage: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $25 per hour. This is the pay range for this position at Alila Ventana Big Sur reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience and education and training level.

Shift: AM availability required from 5:30am to 4pm

• Egg Cookery experience highly preferred - needs to have comfortability with poaching, fried eggs, omelets, etc.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of performing repetitious duties.
