• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas in a timely, organized manner according to hotel standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of high-touch areas such as phones, handles, and hardware.
• Frequently check and maintain public restrooms, including restocking supplies.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, and polish various surfaces and furniture as scheduled or needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Keep housekeeping supplies stocked and organized; report inventory needs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and supervisor requests.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
