The Meeting Event Coordinator (Temporary) serves as a client liaison for assigned travel programs supporting a major financial client during the Spring and Summer months.
This position is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and operational execution of travel programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and desired outcomes.
This is a part time, temporary position to support seasonal volumes.

June: 80 hours
Hybrid (Fenton, MO): St. Louis - based candidates are expected to work 2 days per week in the office and attend training in person.
Lead project teams, foster collaboration, and assist in creating Scope of Work (SOW) and key deliverables
Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring all details are managed effectively
Utilize Maritz technology platforms and maintain detailed project documentation
Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining open and proactive communication
Oversee project teams to ensure quality and successful execution
Prepare and monitor project budgets, communicate financial updates, and manage supplier payments
Finalize billing with accounting and ensure financial accuracy
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, event management, or customer service
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ability to learn new technology tools
Experience maintaining budgets and developing client relationships
1-3 years of event planning or related experience
