In this role you will lead our awesome housekeeping and front desk teams to make sure our guests have the most welcoming and refreshing stay possible!

This position is posted for our Spring / Summer Season from April - October 2026

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of housekeeping operations: scheduling, ordering, inventory, discipline, etc.
  • Communicates with front desk and Lodge general management to ensure arriving guest rooms are clean and prepared
  • Ensure staff spaces are clean and sanitized
  • Invest in housekeeping team through training and teaching
  • Maintain quality control through room inspection
  • Assist team with cleaning and preparing rooms when necessary
  • Manage all aspects of Front Desk operations:
    Scheduling, training, coaching, discipline, etc.
  • Act as an example of excellent guest service for the team
  • Communicate effectively with all departments & managers to ensure coordination with arrivals, departures, guest needs, etc
  • Register and assign rooms to guests, maintaining knowledge of availability for walk‑in guests
  • Communicate with housekeeping to update the status of room readiness, arrivals, and departures
  • Inform guests of special events or activities around the hotel and in the surrounding area
  • Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
  • Assist as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets
  • Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
  • Attend weekly manager meetings
  • Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Hotel Management degree or 3-4 years related management experience preferred
  • 2-3 years previous rooms division experience
  • Work‑ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
  • Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
  • Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
  • Be organized with a great eye for detail
  • Be kind to others and always bring your best
  • Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
  • Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
  • Be relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls
  • Be ready to have fun!

The starting wage for this role is $2,300 bi‑weekly
