** About the role of the In Room Dining Coordinator
** Responsible for answering phone calls and taking orders for room service in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. This role requires strong communication skills, a focus on customer service, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Order Taker plays a vital role in ensuring guests receive an exceptional in-room dining experience.

*** Answer phone calls or in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Take note of any special requests, preferences, or dietary restrictions, and communicate this information clearly to the kitchen and delivery staff.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the room service menu, including available food and drink options, daily specials, and preparation times. Be able to provide suggestions or recommendations based on guest preferences.
