Description
The Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills is looking for a front desk agent to work two Night Audit shifts (11 pm–7 am) and three Evening shifts (3 pm–11 pm) per week. If you have a passion for service and enjoy putting a smile on people’s faces, you could be an excellent fit! You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay.
WeeklySchedule
2 Night Audit shifts: 11 pm–7 am.
3 Evening shifts: 3 pm–11 pm.
Responsibilities- Keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about room bookings, rates, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
- Handle customer complaints when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest accommodations are ready.
- Welcome guests, check them in and out, and provide correct keys and room numbers.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Previous experience or knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in hospitality as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service specialist (preferred).
- Experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations.
$15.50–$15.75 hourly.
