Provide prompt and courteous, friendly and professional laundry service to guests in accordance with Company Quality Standards.

• Clean and maintain all laundry room equipment and linens
• Supply an adequate amount of linens for Housekeepers to properly complete duties
• Ensure efficient and proper operation of laundry equipment
• Identify and report any linens or clothing вступаюча Company
• Keep laundry area organized and clean
• Handle and store all cleaning agents according to set regulations
• Assist Housekeepers when necessary
• Alert management and Maintenance personnel of problems and issues concerning the upkeep of the hotel
• Clean and organize work area for following day
• Train and assist new employees with techniques and procedures
• Understand Company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals তুল প্রচিন্নতিক বিন্বব্ ষী and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
• Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned

• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling
• Must be organized, accurate and reliable
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.

Experience:

One (1) year of housekeeping experience preferred Resort/National Park experience preferred
