• Escort guests to and from rooms efficiently.
• Transport luggage and personal items to and from rooms.
• Maintain continuous communication with Front Office and Valet.
• Ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations and familiar with room offerings and features.
• Engage in casual conversation and provide hotel or local recommendations.

• A desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Tolerance for moderate amounts of walking.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.

Evening shifts primarily 2 pm‑10 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm; weekends required; opportunities for AM shifts 7 am‑3 pm.

Hourly: $17 per hour. Eligible for service charge payout $200‑$300 per week (subject to change based on business levels). Full‑time benefits include 401 K match, medical, dental, vision after 30 days, paid time off, paid meal breaks, gas stipend, complimentary daily meal, Headspace subscription, tuition reimbursement, family assistance policy.
