Aspire Senior Living Platte City is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist with our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

• Provide occupational therapy services to our residents on an as-needed basis, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and overall well-being
• Conduct assessments, set goals, and evaluate progress in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Educate and train residents, family members, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, with experience working with geriatric populations preferred
• Current occupational therapy license in the state of Missouri
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals
