• Skills Instructor (DSP):
  Lead engaging, community-based activities that promote soft skills, peer interaction, and personal growth. You'll help implement behavior support strategies and ensure a safe, positive environment.
• Direct Support Professional (DSP):
  Provide hands‑on support with daily living tasks including meal prep, errands, and personal care routines. A great role for compassionate, reliable individuals who want to make a difference.
• Independent Living Instructor (ILI):
  Help individuals maintain independence by supporting life skills, transportation needs, and wellness routines. You'll track progress and work closely with a collaborative team.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
  Work directly with clients to implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans. Collect data, support daily routines, and collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to ensure consistency in care.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
  Design and oversee individualized ABA programs while mentoring RBTs and guiding families through evidence‑based behavior support. Enjoy clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and full administrative support.
