Behavior Specialist Ii

The California Department of Developmental Services is seeking a Behavior Specialist II to provide behavioral services to consumers following established standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

The Behavior Specialist II will perform functional behavioral assessments, develop behavioral strategies, and provide on-site direct care, modeling, coaching, instruction, and training with consumers and their caretakers/direct care staff in community settings. The candidate must have a driver's license.

The position is located in Riverside County, and the candidate will be required to work in an office setting and in community settings, including consumer's homes.
