The California Department of Developmental Services is seeking a Behavior Specialist II to provide behavioral services to consumers following established standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job Description And DutiesThe Behavior Specialist II will perform functional behavioral assessments, develop behavioral strategies, and provide on-site direct care, modeling, coaching, instruction, and training with consumers and their caretakers/direct care staff in community settings. The candidate must have a driver's license.

- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

The position is located in Riverside County, and the candidate will be required to work in an office setting and in community settings, including consumer's homes.
