Pay Range: $21-$27 /hour for clinical work* (based on experience).

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician- Work one-on-one with children with autism in one of our centers or in a home-based setting.
- Reinforce positive behavior using therapeutic techniques learned in our industry-leading training program.
- Track client progress and growth by keeping electronic health data on a company-provided iPad.

- Good judgment when responding to situations common among our clients.
- Effective and compassionate communication with children and caregivers.
- Open to applicants seeking a rewarding career working with children; experience as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, childcare volunteer is welcome.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Enrolled or completed one college course (Trade/Tech School applicable).
- Willingness to learn and comfort with navigating tablet technology.
- Access to reliable transportation to commute to surrounding areas (schools, ACES locations, client homes).
- Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions when needed by families.
- Pay for clinical work ranges as specified; non-clinical work (trainings, travel, meetings) paid at $16.50/hour.
