The Manager of School Services conducts FBAs and develops function-based BIPs for students with significant behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating environmental modifications and instructional protocols as outlined in the BIP and IEP goals. The Manager collaborates with and trains the educational team on BIP implementation and supervises Behavior Technicians. Scheduling aligns with the academic calendar of assigned schools.

• Master’s degree in related field (education, psychology, counseling, etc.)
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
• Behavior-analytic coursework (preferred)
• 2+ years of behavior treatment experience under BCBA supervision (preferred)
• Experience with students with behavioral challenges (preferred)
• Experience in a school setting (preferred)

Sign-On Bonus: $750

Hourly Rate: $26 - $32, based on experience

Promotion to Program Supervisor (salary-based) possible based on performance.
