Join ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) as an ABA Behavior Technician. Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Pay range (clinical work): $21-$27/hour (based on experience). Non-clinical work (training, travel time, meetings, etc.) is paid at $16.50/hour.

Position Type:

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in centers or home-based settings.
• Reinforce positive behavior using therapeutic techniques learned in training.
• Track client progress and growth by maintaining electronic health data on a company-provided iPad.

• HS Diploma or GED; one college course completed or in progress (trade/tech applicable)
• Willingness to learn and comfort with tablet technology
• Reliable transportation for commuting to locations as needed
• Schedule flexibility to meet families’ needs
