• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction.
• Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs enabling effective return to community activities.
• Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and oneself.
• Perform related professional duties associated with patient care, discipline‑specific therapy services, and program delivery.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure required.
