Behavioral Health Therapist
Diamond Healthcare Corporation (through Signet Health) is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist for Bayou Bend Health System’s Senior Behavioral Health program in Franklin, LA.
Responsibilities- Mental health counseling to individuals, groups and families
- Conduct initial assessments
- Effectively communicate with team
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and Joint Commission regulations
- Coordinate treatment planning
- Perform additional duties as required to successfully perform within the scope of this role
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Science
- Two years of psychiatric experience
- Licensure in Louisiana: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LPC-Intern, LMFT-A, or OR
- Entry level
- Full-time
