Accelerated Home Health Care, Inc. is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Care Aides (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to care for patients in their homes throughout Los Angeles County, California
. We provide flexible schedules—full-time, part-time, or referral-based—and typically assign one caregiver per patient to ensure consistency and quality of care.

Most of our patients are elderly and require assistance with daily activities in the comfort of their homes, so reliable transportation or a valid driver's license is necessary.
Requirements- Must be certified as a Home Care Aide (HCA) in California, or be a CNA willing to obtain your HCA certification (we can help guide you through the process).
- Prior caregiving or healthcare-related experience.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts (weekday or weekend availability).
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Negative TB test and vaccination records as per public health requirements.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation or valid CA driver’s license.
- Filipino (female) caregivers encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual in English, Spanish, or Tagalog encouraged to apply.
- Assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral care).
- Helping with mobility, walking, and transfers.
- Supporting with toileting and incontinence care.
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Transporting clients to appointments or errands.
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client condition.
- Supporting recreational activities and community engagement.
- Must be able to lift and move patients safely.
- Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks as needed.
