Job Title: Clinics Practice Manager
Location: El Dorado Springs, Missouri
Shift: Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility as needed
Weekend Requirements: None routinely, may vary based on clinic operations

Job Overview: The Clinic's Practice Manager provides operational, clinical, and financial leadership for multiple clinic practices. This role oversees compliance with policies and procedures, program evaluation, operational improvement initiatives, and patient care planning to drive improved outcomes, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for strategic planning, revenue generation, and staff development to support the long-term success of the clinics.
Responsibilities- Oversee operations, compliance, and budget management for multiple clinics
- Support clinic managers with scheduling, overtime monitoring, and patient volume oversight
- Manage policies, procedures, charge capture, denials, financial reports, and supply orders
- Develop and implement SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and third-party agencies
- Direct strategic projects related to patient flow, satisfaction, billing, coding, and provider/staff training
- Serve as the EHR resource and liaison for technology-based projects across clinics
- Monitor clinic performance through internal data collection and reporting
- Provide on-site supervision for clinic staff and encourage professional growth through training and education opportunities
- Promote collaboration between clinics and hospital ancillary service departments
- Associate degree in business or healthcare (RN or LPN licensure preferred but not required)
- 2-3 years of supervisory or administrative experience
- Advanced administrative and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Critical Access Hospital status and compliance requirements (preferred)
- Familiarity with RHC processes, protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and EMR systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods, walk for 2+ hours daily, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to respond effectively in critical or urgent situations
- Requires bending, stooping, kneeling, and manual dexterity for handling objects
- Must hold a valid driver's license to commute between facilities
