Pay: Competitive 1099 contractor rate with optional profit-sharing

About the Role
  • Provide virtual school-based speech-language services to K–12 students
  • Complete comprehensive and review-of-records evaluations
  • Attend virtual IEP meetings and submit all documentation
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and service coordinators
  • Use Liricare’s tools and MARVIN for service logging and reporting
Schedule
  • Flexible caseloads for part-time or full-time availability
  • 2025–2026 school year commitment preferred
  • Option for renewal based on performance and district needs
Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy sessions
  • Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports
  • Submit timely progress notes, service logs, and discharge summaries
  • Maintain all required compliance documentation
What You’ll Need
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California SLP License issued by the CA Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board
  • California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (Preliminary or Clear) issued by the CTC
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred;
    Clinical Fellows welcome
  • Experience providing virtual therapy preferred
  • Familiarity with educational settings and IEP service delivery
  • Comfort using documentation platforms such as MARVIN
Additional Requirements
  • Live Scan DOJ/FBI background clearance and subsequent arrest notification enrollment
  • Annual TB test
  • Annual Mandated Reporter Training ()
  • Annual Behavior Intervention Training (AB 1172) (within 30 days of hire)
  • Ability to provide required documentation prior to starting, including:
  • CA License and CTC Credential
  • Background clearance date and location
  • Mandated Reporter and Behavior Intervention certificates
  • Signed Case Worker Acknowledgement Form
