As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and coordinating operations to ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to residents, staff, and the facility.
• Leading by example and maintaining a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Implementing company policies and procedures effectively and efficiently.

• Licensure:
  Must hold a current, unencumbered Nursing Facility Administrator license in the state of Missouri.
• Education:
  
  Must meet all state and federal requirements. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required (preferably with a major or minor in healthcare administration). A Master’s degree is preferred.
