Overview
Lake Regional Health System is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Camdenton Medical Center who can provide excellent care to our community
.
- Greet patients and families; ensure current patient information is accurate by completing information forms, copying insurance cards, and collecting co-pays and patient balances.
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and obtain appropriate insurance referrals and authorizations as needed per insurance guidelines.
- Serve as a communication link between the Provider, Nurse, and the Clinic Manager; provide excellent customer service and the ability to multitask.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role. An annual influenza vaccination is required.
