Job Summary And Responsibilities As our Social Worker, you will be a compassionate advocate, providing vital support and guidance to individuals and families facing complex challenges. Every day, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling and crisis intervention, and connect clients to resources. You'll advocate for clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support and promote well-being.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments.

• Foster positive change and client empowerment through effective interpersonal skills and crisis management abilities.

• Masters Degree from a School of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• At least two (2) years of clinical and/or medical social work experience.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker: CA.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of detail orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
