• Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives on account strategy and execution plans within assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at healthcare facilities throughout the implementation process
• Analyze existing workflows and consult on necessary changes for new solution implementations
• Support solution implementation and provide staff training on workflows for onboarding patients
• Define desired outcomes and key performance indicators based on customer needs

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, or similar roles within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective oral and written communications
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% - 75%

• Experience as a Registered Nurse or Registered Pharmacist in clinical settings
• Knowledge of diabetes disease area and related products
• Experience developing or consulting on clinical protocols and workflows
