• Full Time - Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM / 4:00 PM
• Four days at the St. Clare office and one day at the Wentzville Office (Wednesday)
• Work on program development for behavioral health in first responders and potential community outreach
• Includes administrative duties

Provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive and developmental disorders and disabilities using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.

• Provides comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills for potential admission, including telehealth assessments
• Develops a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for the patient and provides psychotherapy, group, and family therapy if applicable
• Collaborates with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals for the patient; may participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences
• Provides documentation of all pertinent information obtained in interviews, consultations, referrals and services; completes necessary documentation and reporting per departmental standards and federal and state regulations
• Provides direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff
• Performs discharge planning
• Maintains a constant state of alertness and safety
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field

• No experience required

• Constant use of hearing to receive oral communication and alarms
• Constant use of vision for distances near and far
• Constant lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects up to 0–25 lbs
• Frequent use of speech for oral communication
• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects up to 25–50 lbs
• Frequent standing, twisting and walking
• Frequent vision to judge distances and color
• Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, sitting, squatting, reaching, gripping and repetitive movements

• Rare crawling, running and lifting/moving patients
