NON-MANAGEMENT JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Clinical Therapist, Housing and Community Support
Exempt/Non-exempt: EXEMPT
Immediate Supervisor: Director of Housing
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Essential Functions:
1. Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to young adults and families (ages 18-25) in community-based settings, including in-home services for 360 transitional housing clients.
2. Effectively provide clinical case management services as needed.
