Right at Home Caregivers receive training that equips them with all the knowledge needed on the job. The following skills and traits are expected from the outset.

• Honest, energetic, and approachable; easily communicate with people at all levels.
• Positive attitude, thrives under pressure, and enjoys challenges.
• Willing to perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household chores.
• Can prepare a good meal and assist with kitchen tasks.
• Assists clients with medication reminders and companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Must successfully complete a written Competency Evaluation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• You must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a full employment background check.

• CNA or HHA license is preferred.
• 6 months of experience as a Personal Care Assistant in healthcare preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities).

Compensation: $14.25 - $16.25 per hour.
