The Cuba clinic is a family and internal medicine clinic that provides medical services and minor office surgeries. The Cuba clinic is located in Cuba, MO.

Role:
Full-Time Lab Associate I at our Missouri Baptist Cuba Clinic. Ideal candidate is an experienced phlebotomist to work in an outpatient setting, with EMR Epic experience and handling referrals for the organization.

• Perform phlebotomy, ensure proper patient identification and interaction, and maintain specimen integrity.
• Coordinate a sequence of tasks, including STAT orders and workload fluctuations, prioritizing work to meet scheduled hours and turnaround times.
• Interact with the lab, clinical, and other ancillary departments.

Hours:

Mon-Fri (8am-4:30pm)
