A growing therapy provider in O’Fallon is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through high-quality, in-home ABA therapy. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ideal candidates should possess compassion, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and hold an RBT certification.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
