As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll work under the direction of licensed nursing staff to provide direct care and support to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor and report health changes, and ensure each resident receives compassionate, respectful, and professional care.

• Provide bedside care including bathing, feeding, and assisting residents with activities of daily living.
• Accurately measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Support residents in rehabilitation activities, including range of motion and exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
• Monitor for changes in resident condition and promptly report to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and resident rights.
• Operate and maintain SNF and hospital equipment safely.
• Contribute to care planning and collaborate with the healthcare team.
