Hybrid Telework Opportunity
Under supervision, the Patient Data Section (PDS) collects and edits comprehensive demographic, diagnostic and treatment information of all patients who were discharged from a California hospital, treated in a hospital emergency department, or had an ambulatory surgery procedure in a hospital or freestanding licensed surgical clinic. The Information Services Division at HCAI handles confidential patient data in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations, and HCAI policies and procedures.
The incumbent is responsible for the safe and secure handling of this data in compliance with these policies and procedures.

Working ConditionsHCAI offers a hybrid telework schedule with a combination of remote and in-office work schedules for CA residents only. The telework policy is subject to change; additional in-office days may be required with minimal notice to report to the worksite if an urgent need arises.

The expectation is that all staff will work in office 4 days a week starting July 1, 2026.
