In Home Caregiver

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available

Home Instead® of Marin County is hiring compassionate Caregivers to support seniors in their homes. We are actively hiring for daytime, evening, overnight, and 24-hour/live-in shifts. If you have a heart for helping others, we want you on our team!

• Weekly pay
• Pay rates: $17.00-$22.00/hour
• Sick leave accrual + paid training
• Paid Holidays at 1.5× your hourly rate

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Medication reminders and safe transportation
• Offer specialized care, including Alzheimer’s and hospice (we train you!)

• A kind, patient, and compassionate heart
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check, TB test, and drug screen
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register (we help with this!)
