• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Help with meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and hydration
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment (light housekeeping, linen changes)
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation when required
• Follow individualized care plans and report any changes to the care team
• Ensure client comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

• Compassionate and patient individuals who genuinely care about others
• Respectful, gentle, and attentive to client needs
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and professionally
• Flexible and adaptable to different clients and home environments

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home care aide, CNA, PCA, or personal attendant preferred
• Experience working with male clients is a plus
• Ability to provide professional, respectful, and dignified care
• Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (as applicable)

• Prior caregiving experience required
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance

• $20-$25/hour — Weekly Pay
