** Occupational Therapist (OT)
** to join our dedicated rehab team on a
** per diem
** basis. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping residents regain independence and function in a supportive, team-focused environment.### ###
** Responsibilities
* ** Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills.
* Provide hands-on therapy services in alignment with resident goals and physician directives.
* Document therapy sessions and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, quality care.
* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques for continued success.### ###
** Qualifications
* ** Current
** California Occupational Therapist (OT)
** license (required).
* Previous experience in a
** skilled nursing or post-acute care
** setting preferred.
* Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
* Passion for patient-centered, outcome-driven care.### ###
