** on safety, mobility, and home exercise programs
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation for compliance and care coordination

* Qualifications:

*** Current
** California Physical Therapist license** (Required)
* ** Skilled nursing facility**,
** rehab hospital**, or outpatient rehab experience preferred
* Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
* Passion for
** rehabilitation therapy
** and working with older adults
