100% Chiropractic Des Peres is seeking a Chiropractor – Clinic Director to lead the clinic in executing its mission and advancing its vision. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, leading clinic operations, and fostering a high-performing, values-driven team.

The Clinic Director will:

• Create a welcoming, family-oriented experience for every patient
• Communicate with confidence and clarity about the benefits of chiropractic care
• Perform thorough examinations and develop personalized care plans
• Educate patients to make informed decisions regarding their care
• Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments aligned with recommended plans
• Actively listen to patients and adjust care based on evolving needs

As the clinical and operational leader, the Clinic Director will:

This is a salaried position with a quarterly performance-based bonus structure
. The role primarily follows standard clinic operating hours, with occasional evening or weekend commitments as needed.
