Compassionate Resident Care Assistant

A supportive living community is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide care and assistance to older adults. You will help residents with daily activities, maintain their living spaces, and ensure a safe and respectful environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about supporting seniors, possess a high school diploma or GED, and are eager to engage with residents. CNA and First Aid certification are preferred but not mandatory.
This role demands physical ability and strong communication skills.
