• Establish excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced setting with clinic testing and procedures.
• Understand insurance coverage.
• Work in a teamwork setting.

• RMA, CMA, NCMA, or CCMA registrations or certifications preferred.
• BLS certification, required.
• Previous experience in physician clinics preferred.
• Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience, required.
