A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Phlebotomist.

As a Phlebotomist II, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for lab testing following established practices and procedures. You will have direct contact with patients, create an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures, and draw blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.

• Perform verification of patient demographic info and initials, including patient signature post‑venipuncture to verify tube labels were correct.
• Maintain required records and documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

• 1‑3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment highly preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Pay Range: $20 - $25.00 per hour.
