Job Overview

Wellness Director at Phoenix Senior Living, Phoenix at Lake Lanier, seeks RN/LPN to lead the health and well-being of residents.

• Oversee clinical programs, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Train and onboard clinical and care coordinator team members.
• Assist and partner with the Regional Director of Resident Care to provide Medication Care Manager training (where allowed).

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of department management experience with elders or disabled individuals.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities; multi‑department experience strongly recommended.
• Knowledge of the Assisted Living industry, Dementia care, or Skilled Nursing.

• Understanding of infection control procedures.
• Ability to schedule, orient, and train staff.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Implementation of Personalized Service Plans.
• Knowledge of advanced directives and end‑of‑life care.
• Understanding of assisted living philosophy.
• Understanding of nursing function in assisted living, quality of care, and quality of life objectives.
