Stallant Health & Wellness is accepting applications for a Sonographer at our newly opened Rural Health Clinic in Highland, CA. This is a key position for an individual dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in conjunction with our care teams and services. At Stallant, our philosophy goes beyond standard healthcare delivery. We are committed to delivering evidence‑based, standard‑of‑care treatment while embracing preventive and lifestyle medicine as cornerstones of long‑term health.

Equally important, we approach healthcare through the lens of hospitality, creating an environment where patients feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported at every step of their journey. We are seeking a Sonographer who not only values clinical excellence, but also resonates with our belief that the way care is delivered matters as much as the care itself. Our ideal candidate will bring both professional skill as well as a personal passion for cultivating a culture that is warm, inspiring, and nurturing to both patients and staff alike.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations (abdominal, pelvic, vascular, obstetric, thyroid and neck, soft tissue / musculoskeletal, renal bladder / urinary tract) as ordered by providers.

  • Collaborate with physicians and providers to deliver accurate, timely imaging results.
  • Document procedures and findings accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Maintain compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and radiation safety standards.
  • Assist with clinic support tasks when imaging volume is low.
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
  • ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification required.
  • BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Ultrasonographer license.
  • 1–2 years of ultrasound experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
  • Proficiency in sonographic imaging; excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a clinical setting.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $40 — $60 per hour depending on experience.
  • Platinum health benefits for the entire family, with premiums covered at zero cost to the employee (Dental, Vision, Chiropractic, and Life insurance). 401(k): 6% employer match.
