Position Overview
Medical Assistant responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office.

Work Schedule
Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm.

• Greet and check‑in patients, obtain medical history and vital signs.
• Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by physicians.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow‑up visits.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant.
• Valid Medical Assistant Diploma at time of hire, with a California certified credential within 60 days of employment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must reside in California and be able to perform work onsite.

Salary: $23.00–$25.00 per hour.
