Position Overview
Medical Assistant responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office.
Work Schedule
Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm.
- Greet and check‑in patients, obtain medical history and vital signs.
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by physicians.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow‑up visits.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant.
- Valid Medical Assistant Diploma at time of hire, with a California certified credential within 60 days of employment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must reside in California and be able to perform work onsite.

Salary: $23.00–$25.00 per hour.
