Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr.
Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center – Ballwin, MO
Shift: Eve 2p - 10p
SAME DAY PAY
Responsibilities- Administer nonparenteral medications safely and accurately under the supervision of licensed nursing staff (RN/LPN).
- Follow federal, state, and facility regulations and infection control procedures.
- Ensure proper medication storage, documentation, and disposal per facility protocol.
- Provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), and support dietary needs, including feeding and offering substitutes.
- Assist in taking and reporting vital signs and promptly notify nursing staff of any abnormalities.
- Respond to call lights within 2 minutes and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
- Maintain safe usage of safety equipment, transfer devices, and gait belts.
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or assisted living preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently with residents and staff.
