When you join Rad Net as a Radiologic Technologist, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access, aligning all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

• Perform high‑quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patients’ well‑being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Demonstrate competency regarding safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguard onsite medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Respect company property, including cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

• Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and ability to remain professional in all situations.
• Demonstrate effective, professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.
• Have a structured work‑approach, understand complex problems, and can prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• ARRT(R) certification.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience.
