When you join Rad Net as a Radiologic Technologist, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access, aligning all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform high‑quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
- Monitor patients’ well‑being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
- Demonstrate competency regarding safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguard onsite medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
- Respect company property, including cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
- Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
- Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and ability to remain professional in all situations.
- Demonstrate effective, professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.
- Have a structured work‑approach, understand complex problems, and can prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- ARRT(R) certification.
- State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
- BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience.
