Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Pharma Commercial Domain Delivery Expert to lead end‑to‑end solution delivery across Commercial Operations, Market Access, and Patient Services. The role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring compliance, patient‑centric outcomes, and CRM capability‑building (Veeva CRM).
- Commercial Operations:
Sales Ops, Field Enablement, Analytics, CRM workflows - Market Access:
Govt Pricing, Patient Access Programs, 340B, GPO, Specialty Distribution/Pharmacy - Patient CRM/Hub Services:
Benefit Investigation, Copay, HIPAA, Prior Authorization, eRx/eFax integrations - Strong Agile/Scrum delivery, JIRA, Aha, Tableau, CMS tools
- Own solution delivery, quality, and timelines.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, manage scope, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive client relationship management and governance.
- Ensure release readiness, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement.
