is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our residents in Ash Grove Healthcare Facility! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Ash Grove Healthcare Facility is an 82-bed long-term care, skilled nursing facility. Services include a 20-bed memory care unit to meet the needs of individuals with dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. A typical day includes:
This skilled nursing facility is an 82-bed facility where you will exercise a number of skills, including: assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order. The position is:
