- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Tend to a resident’s personal hygiene.
- Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
- Make beds and keep the resident’s space clean and tidy.
- Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residence.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri.
- Vaccination against COVID-19 (or willingness to get it).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
